1. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products: We sell digital products STL files, and due to the nature of these items, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction. Before making a purchase, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

2. Preventing Unnecessary Purchases:

To enhance your shopping experience and avoid unnecessary purchases, our website clearly indicates if you have previously purchased an item. When viewing a product you've already bought, you will see an "Already Bought" notification along with a link to the order details.


This allows you to easily verify past purchases and prevents accidental repurchases. If you have repurchased an item before the implementation of this feature (before 28 April 2024), and believe it was a mistake, please feel free to contact us for a refund or store credit.

3. Overpaid Refunds: If you have unintentionally overpaid for a digital product / products, we offer two options for resolution: a. Store Credit: We can issue store credit equivalent to the overpaid value, which you can use for future purchases. b. Credit Card Refund: If you prefer a refund to your credit card via PayPal or Stripe, a processing fee will apply. This fee will range from 5% to 10% of the overpaid amount. The exact percentage will depend on the circumstances and the associated transaction processing costs imposed by PayPal or Stripe.
