Loyalty Tier Program
To reward our loyal customers, we’ve created a tiered system based on your total spending. The more you spend, the more you save, plus, you’ll earn reward points on every order!
Tier Levels (based on your spending from last month to today)

| Bronze | $0 – $49.99 | No discount |
| Silver | $50 – $99.99 | 5% OFF |
| Gold | $100 – $199.99 | 10% OFF |
| Platinum | $200 – $299.99 | 15% OFF |
| Diamond | $300+ | 25% OFF + extra perks |
Your tier is calculated based on your total spending from the first day of last month up to today. (Default system time zone: Auckland, New Zealand).
Example: On May 16, your tier is based on your total purchases from April 1 to May 16.
When Do Tiers Update?
- Tiers are automatically updated every time you log in based on your recent spending.
- Tier upgrades happen instantly.
- Tiers are not permanent, they reset over time based on your activity, and renew on the first day of every month
Reward Points System
- You’ll earn reward points for every $1 you spend.
- 1 point = $1 spent
- You can redeem points at checkout for discounts.
- Points do not expire (unless otherwise stated).
How to Move Up a Tier
Just keep shopping! Once your total spending crosses a tier threshold, you'll be upgraded automatically and gain access to bigger discounts.
Important Notes
- Tier discounts are automatically applied to most STL product prices.
- Some promotional or custom items may be excluded.
- You can always check your current tier and progress in your My Account page.
